Kitchen Assistant - Garston

This role will require you to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week online 10am - 6.30pm. Please only apply if you can commit to all 3 days. As the hours are over 20 - no students with restrictions should apply. As an experienced kitchen assistant, you will be familiar with a fast-paced catering environment, already be hands on, supporting the chef, food prepping, making sandwiches and salad preparation. You will also be efficient at the kitchen role and have a good understanding of how kitchens are managed, operated and cleaned down for each service. You will be working in a retirement village with mature clients. The hours and days are fixed weekly. The role is ongoing. The retirement village is for clients to live on site and visitors who are related to the clients may visit, we cater for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Hot and old food is served daily, and weekends can be very busy hence we would require someone with experience.
