The contractor carries out a mixture of planned and responsive repairs in domestic and commercial premises, working on behalf of public sector landlords. These roles will specifically include carrying out planned works with in occupied social housing properties, ripping out existing kitchens and bathrooms and replacing them with either bathrooms, wet rooms as part of a disabled adaptation programme, or kitchens.
