OverviewCompany Director / Creative Producer at Holmes Production – London and Paris. Holmes Production is an independent company focused on creativity, artistry, and the power of the image. They work in motion, stills and events from art buying and concept development through to execution and completion. This is a full-time, office-based Kit Manager role in London.
Responsibilities
Packing the kit for each shoot according to a detailed list provided by the Production Coordinator in a pragmatic, tidy and timely way.
Unpacking the kit after the shoot, checking everything returned, replacing stock as required, and unpacking in a timely and orderly fashion.
Laundering gowns and slippers after shoots, and cleaning reusable cups and bottles (dishwasher as needed).
Ensuring all electrical equipment is PAT tested, working, and fully charged prior to being sent out.
Helping to train and manage interns.
Assessing and prioritising tasks appropriately.
Assisting the Office Manager with errands.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
Be very organised and pragmatic.
Be able to take initiative and work independently.
Be able to work well in a high pressure / time-sensitive environment.
