Qualified Social Worker - Adult Social Care
Location: Kirklees - North Kirklees (Batley & Spen Locality)
Office Base: Batley Town Hall
Pay Rate: -35 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Hub in North Kirklees, covering the Batley and Spen locality.

This is a busy and dynamic service working with adults aged 18+ with a range of needs including Physical Disabilities, Older People, and Neuro-diversity.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Care Act Assessments

• Complete reviews and Care & Support Planning

• Manage self-neglect cases and safeguarding enquiries

• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced Adult Social Care Hub

• Support adults to maintain independence and access appropriate services

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

• Experience working within Adult Social Care

• Strong knowledge of the Care Act and safeguarding procedures

• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid working available

• Office base: Batley Town Hall

Office Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

• Friday: 8:45 am - 4:45 pm
