L’Oréal is looking for a One Luxe Boutique Manager. You will lead and develop your store team to deliver a world-class consumer experience and exceed Retail Performance Targets for the portfolio of brands in your store. You are an ambitious go-getter who thrives on a challenge, stays ahead of the latest beauty and retail trends, and seizes opportunities to maximize the performance of your store. You are a growth champion, passionate about coaching and developing your team to drive a high-performance and service-driven culture. You will monitor the store’s performance closely and implement strong growth plans to ensure the portfolio exceeds targets and grows ahead of the market. As the primary ambassador of your brand in your store, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as store and department managers.
Responsibilities
Lead a World Class Customer Experience: Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience by coaching and providing feedback to ensure exceptional service across brands and touchpoints.
Brand Excellence: Act as a L''Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, convey brand history, and offer tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs, including services across categories and beauty tech offerings.
Foster Omni Experiences: Inform customers about in-store events, promotions, and brand activations; represent L''Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal/external social media per guidelines.
Driving Retail Performance
Exceeding Sales Targets: Develop and execute retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize results.
Creating Engaging Events: Develop an annual calendar of events and activations to create memorable experiences and drive growth for the store portfolio.
Driving Innovation and New Business: Generate ideas and implement strategies to drive new business growth, leveraging launches and brand anniversaries for impact.
Cultivating Client Loyalty: Build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base to drive repeat business.
People Management and Development
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for Beauty Advisors to build a high-performing team.
Team Onboarding and Training: Oversee onboarding and ongoing development to maximize performance and brand knowledge.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge, and selling skills.
Performance Management: Track performance and implement strategies to address underperformance.
Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment and resolve HR issues as needed.
Operational Excellence
Maintaining Counter Standards: Implement Brand VM guidelines and maintain a luxurious retail environment with high hygiene and organization standards.
Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily/weekly tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
Stock and Operations: Maintain stock levels, manage testers and POS materials, and monitor stock KPIs and related processes.
