      <description>Location: Salford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Kids Can Connect Lead will play a central role in delivering a brand new five year strategy designed to support children and families facing cancer.  This is a unique opportunity to shape a developing programme from the ground up, contributing directly to its direction, growth and long term impact.  This role will lead family events, develop educational content, build strong relationships with NHS partners, and grow a supportive volunteer community. Role Summary The new KidsCan Connect programme aims to create moments of connection for children experiencing cancer and their families. The main areas of activity will be: Community Programme - The Community Programme will provide accessible, inclusive activities for children, young people, and their families. The focus is on delivering a varied, geographically distributed calendar of events which will support families to develop networks of others with lived experience.
