Keyworker - Alcohol Support Team NI86/09/26/1v-1 Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Team Post: Keyworker - Alcohol Support Team NI86/09/26/1v-1 Salary: Grade 5 salary scale: £26,679 - £31,325 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Status: Fixed Term until March 2027 (possibility of extension Location: 112-118 Royal Avenue, Belfast About the Service: The Keyworker role has responsibility for forming professional relationships with people referred to the service with the aim of improving health, well-being and housing outcomes. You will support service users by completing a holistic needs assessment and a corresponding support plan to focus on achievable goals which often include communication with external agencies in the statutory, community and voluntary sectors. Specific to Post This post specifically involves providing professional support to people with experience of problematic/ dependent alcohol use with the aim of improving health and well-being outcomes and to sustain tenancies. The successful candidate will work in a small team who support individuals in their own home or community. they will be responsible for providing professional, pragmatic and holistic assessment, care planning and structured interventions relating to alcohol use and housing issues across the Belfast trust area.
