About the RoleAs a Keying or Segmentation Supervisor, you''ll support teams of Keying Operators carrying out the final accuracy checks on exam scripts. Operators use a bespoke in house system alongside Excel and Word to identify errors, correct data, log issues, and ensure consistency across scripts.Your role is to guide the team, maintain quality, uphold targets, answer queries, and help create a supportive environment where operators feel confident and valued.This is an active supervisory role where you''ll move around the workspace throughout the shift.
