They provide help and a first-class response service to our customers - from responding to alarm activations and securing properties, to delivering a forgotten passport to a stressed traveller at the airport; every shift offers a new challenge.In this dual-role position, you will act as both a Key Guard and a vital support to the Shift Manager, playing a pivotal part in delivering a second-to-none emergency response service. You will lead by example, demonstrating the professional standards and behaviours expected of all Key Guards while ensuring operational excellence at all times.
