The young person has experienced difficulties engaging with education and services due to high anxiety, and significant barriers in literacy and numeracy. As part of a carefully planned intervention, the student will attend Alternative Provision (AP) two days per week, with the aim of gradually rebuilding trust, confidence, routine, and engagement with learning and support services. The Role Provide tailored 1:1 academic and pastoral support. Support the student within Alternative Provision and the wider community. Help improve engagement, attendance, motivation, and confidence.
