Key Supervisor

Location:-Kensington, London
Start Date:-Immediate
Working Hours:-7am to 7pm (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rates

• First 10 hours:18.00 per hour (CIS)
• After 10 hours:22.00 per hour (CIS)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Key Supervisor for a major construction project in Kensington. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site
• Liaise with site management and report on progress
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Requirements

• Gold CSCS Card-
• SSSTS-(Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid at Work-certification-
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work long shifts as required
