Key Stage 2 Therapeutic Education Practitioner

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Therapeutic Education Practitioners and Teaching Assistants with a genuine commitment to supporting pupils achieve positive outcomes in their education through trauma-informed practice, multi-disciplinary provision and therapeutic principles. You will work with primary-aged (Key Stage 2) pupils with complex needs and neurodiversity, including Autism. You will support these vulnerable young people both within the school environment, as well as supporting progress on social skills in their home, ensuring that they build confidence, self -esteem and the ability to work and learn within small groups in a classroom.
