Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Greenwich (Fully accessible by Local Public Transport or Car)
Year Group: KS2
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday term time only
Pay: -95 - -110 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: 13/04/2026

Tradewind Recruitment are working with an outstanding Primary School in Greenwich who are seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to cover within a Year 6 Class with an emphasis on SATs support.

These are great opportunities for experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistants who wish to to make a difference in the development and learning of pupils.

Skills and Qualities

• Experience supporting children within Key Stage 2 (SATs experience would come as an advantage)

• Knowledge of differentiation and adaptive support.

• Good Understanding of Core Subjects.

• Patience and strong communication skills.

• Committed

• Desirable: Sound Knowledge of Maths and English as a subject

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

• Two professional references from the last two years.

• Up to date CV with full employment history.

• Relevant work experience with children.
