Fantastic opportunity for a Year 4, Year 5 Teacher and leadership cover teacher in a wonderful school in Walmley.Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: Covering flexible worker arrangements within Year 4, working across one Year 4 class.Friday: Covering a Year 5 class to facilitate a flexible working arrangement.Tuesday: Leadership and management cover across the school.This would require close collaboration with the Year 4 and the Year 5 teaching team to ensure continuity and consistency. This will appeal to someone who enjoys classroom teaching and curriculum planning but does not necessarily wish to take on the wider responsibilities associated with leading a single class, such as classroom organisation and displays.
