The Ideal Candidate Will:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire a love of learning in KS2 pupils
Support children with varying learning needs, using adaptive strategies that cater to diverse abilities and learning styles
Foster independence, resilience, and social skills through interactive and collaborative classroom activities
Contribute to the well-being of pupils through inclusive teaching and a nurturing classroom culture
Help raise attainment in core subjects such as literacy and numeracy through targeted interventions and well-structured planning
Be committed to high standards of behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all children
Qualifications and Requirements:
