The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons.

• Establish clear expectations and maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.

• Create a calm, structured and positive learning environment.

• Build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Differentiate learning effectively to meet the needs of all pupils.

• Monitor progress and use assessment to inform future teaching.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers

We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.

• Be confident in setting clear expectations and following behaviour policies consistently.

• Have high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and conduct.

• Be enthusiastic, resilient and committed to supporting children''s development.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team.
