Quokka Education is working in partnership with an Outstanding day and residential special school for boys aged 10-16 with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and challenging behaviour. The school is located close to Eastleigh, Hampshire.

We''re looking for a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team

About the Role:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups and individual pupils
• Help monitor and track pupil progress

We''re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Is patient, motivated, and calm under pressure
• Can work independently and use initiative
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality
• Has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND

• Support Workers, Counsellors, Psychology and Sports Graduates.

Role Details:

• Location: Eastleigh
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm ( 12 weeks)
• Hours: 8:40am - 3:10pm - Monday - Friday term time only
• Salary - Actual Salary (Term Time Only): Approximately -17,400 - -18,000
