About the Role:
We are currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Hazlemere seeking a passionate and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, supporting pupilsandrsquo; academic progress and well-being, and contributing to the wider school community
Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
andbull; Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports individual pupil needs
andbull; Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance learning outcomes
andbull; Participate in school events, staff meetings, and CPD opportunities
andbull; Uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values and contribute to whole-school development
Qualifications andamp; Requirements:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; Essential
andbull; Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
andbull; Strong understanding of the KS1 national curriculum, phonics, and early learning strategies
andbull; Excellent classroom management and communication skills
andbull; A nurturing, reflective, and professional approach to teaching
andbull; Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
