Job Title: Key Relationships Manager Salary: £46,000 per annum Location: Hybrid: London Office and Home Hours of work: Full-time (35 hours per week) Reporting to: Head of Key Relationships Premier, the UK''s largest Christian media agency, is seeking a Key Relationships Manager who shares our passion for helping people encounter God through media and experience renewal. Role Overview: You will build meaningful relationships with existing and prospective supporters, helping them discover how their giving can support Premier''s mission. Working with senior colleagues, you will guide relationships from first introduction through to a thoughtful invitation to give and ongoing care. Alongside warmth and conviction, you will need persistence, disciplined follow-through and the confidence to ask for significant financial support when relationships are ready - potentially including gifts of up to seven figures. You do not need to have made asks at this level before, but you must be willing to learn.
