Level 3 EYFS Key Person Job Title: Level 3 EYFS Key Person Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Daily Rate: £85.50 £120 per day Contract: Full-time Start Date: September 2026We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Key Person to join a welcoming Nursery School in Watford. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about giving young children the very best start to their education.The successful candidate will become a valued member of the Early Years team, taking responsibility as a Key Person and helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, develop and thrive. The school is looking for someone with a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and is happy to wait until later in September to secure the right person.Key Responsibilities Act as a Key Person for a group of children, building strong and positive relationships with them and their families.Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions.Observe, assess and record children''s progress, maintaining accurate learning journeys and records.Promote children''s independence, confidence and social development.Work closely with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child''s individual needs and next steps.Maintain a ..... full job details .....
