We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leaders-to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln.-

You will lead the team forward-to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development.-

Shift Pattern:

Days: 2,2,3 Pattern

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday, Sunday-

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday-

06:00 - finish

-14.81 per hour

Nights: 5 nights per week-

Sunday - Thursday-

19:00 - finish

-16.66 per hour-

Skills and experience needed:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Previous food manufacturing and production experience
