Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards Pack, label, and palletise finished products accurately Report any machinery faults or production issues promptly Perform minor machine adjustments and support basic maintenance tasks Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area Meet daily production targets in line with company performance goals Complete production documentation accurately and on time Support and guide junior operatives where required Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment essential Confident with machinery and understanding of production processes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Physically fit and capable of manual handling ..... full job details .....
