Key Accounts Advisor

Salary: -28,000 per annum
Location: Gillingham

We''re looking for a Key Accounts Advisor to join a growing and customer-focused team based in Gillingham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high level of service at all times.

• Acting as the main point of contact for allocated key accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Handling enquiries, orders, and account queries efficiently and professionally
• Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities to improve service
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth account management
• Resolving issues promptly and escalating where necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems

• Previous experience in an account management, customer service, or advisor role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using CRM systems and MS Office
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills
