Key Account Manager
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a globally recognised leader in high-performance fluid transfer systems, supplying the automotive, motorsport, motorcycle, defence, and industrial sectors. With operations across the UK, USA, Mexico, and Europe. We''re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our OEM Division, covering the EMEAandA region. This is a pivotal role focused on growing existing accounts, securing new business, and driving profitable sales growth across a diverse and technically demanding customer base.Responsibilities:Managing and developing key OEM customer relationshipsIdentifying and converting new business opportunitiesLeading the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closeCompile, submit, and manage customer quotations accurately and efficientlyActing as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional serviceCollaborating with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomesBuilding and maintaining a strong sales pipelineProviding market insights and sales forecasts to stakeholdersSupporting new product introduction and RFQ conversion activitiesThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales (minimum 4 years) within an OEM, engineering, or technical environmentStrong commercial acumen with a proactive, results driven mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsAbility to understand technical ..... full job details .....
