The Company: Our client is a nationwide Environmental Services Company, based in South Yorkshire. The Role: Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication. Support client retention through ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service consistency. Monitor accounts for risk and take proactive action where required. Identify account growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services. Work closely with clients to support their evolving needs and provide solutions. Your Background: Experience in the waste industry. Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
