Key Account Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Key Accounts Manager, to join a Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is a nationwide Environmental Services Company, based in South Yorkshire.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
• Support client retention through ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service consistency.
• Monitor accounts for risk and take proactive action where required.
• Identify account growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Work closely with clients to support their evolving needs and provide solutions.

Your Background:

• Experience in the waste industry.
• Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of key clients.-
• Experience developing client relationships.
