Key Account Manager

We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our client who are located between Newark and Sleaford. This is a full time permanent role with a competitive salary dependent on experience with bonus structure in addition to the basic salary, great working conditions and 25 days holiday plus stats. Due to the location of the office, you will need to drive and have your own transport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a role that has come about through continued expansion. You will be joining a friendly close-nit team, operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) : Act as the main point of contact for customer service enquiries, providing timely updates and resolving issues efficiently. Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services in line with customer expectations. Communicate regularly with customers, including providing weekly reports and account updates. Manage customer portals and support process improvements and implement any changes to customer procedures. To be successful you will need to have strong customer service skills in a commercial environment along side having excellent communication skills.
