Key Account Manager
My well established client are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team due to growth. They have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships, and committed to delivering reliable solutions that add value to their customers'' businesses.You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to support business growth. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers while working closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.DutiesManage and develop an existing customer base to achieve long-term business success and customer retention.Maintain and update customer information and shared data spreadsheets accurately.Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries and managing customer requirements.Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.Liaise with internal departments including Production, Quality, and Transport to resolve issues and communicate updates effectively to customers.Monitor customer activity and sales performance metrics.Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and maximise capacity across the business.Support the wider sales team and work closely with the Sales Manager to ..... full job details .....
