Key Account Manager

ROLE: Key Account ManagerLOCATION: High WycombeSALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum I''m currently working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to support the continued growth and development of key customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes who also enjoys the commercial and customer-facing side of the role. The position is not a pure Business Development role the business is looking for someone capable of understanding engineering requirements, interpreting technical drawings/specifications, and acting as the key interface between customers and internal engineering/manufacturing teams.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and developing key customer accounts within a technical manufacturing environmentBuilding long-term relationships with customers through regular meetings and onsite visitsActing as the main point of contact for technical and commercial discussionsReviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirementsSupporting NPI projects and managing programmes through productionWorking closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teamsSupporting quotations, timelines, delivery expectations, and project updatesIdentifying opportunities for account growth and additional business within existing customersAttending customer sites, supplier meetings, and industry events ..... full job details .....
