Job Title: Key Account ManagerLocation: Burgess HillSalary: £25 - £30 p/h (PAYE)Contract: 3 months initiallyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and driven Key Account Manager to manage and develop key customer relationships while proactively coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and is confident working with data to drive decisions.You will act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams, using strong Excel and data analysis skills to track performance, identify risks, and ensure commitments are met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with key customer accounts, acting as their primary point of contactOwn account data, using advanced Excel skills to analyse trends, track KPIs, and produce reportsProactively chase supply chain, parts, and shipping teams to ensure timelines and commitments are metIdentify potential risks or delays early and take ownership of resolving issuesWork closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate priorities and manage changing demandsMaintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systemsAdapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational changes while maintaining service levelsSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience in a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar roleAdvanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)Strong ..... full job details .....
