What they need now is the right person to build the relationships, open doors and turn that potential into long-term commercial success.This is not a high-volume, aggressive sales role. The business wins through credibility, patience and strong relationships. Customers take time to develop and trust has to be earned, so the successful person will be someone who understands the value of a consultative, relationship-led approach.
