Key Account Manager - Event Sales

Overview
The Key Account Manager (Event Sales) at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will play a critical role in managing inbound sales while driving proactive outbound sales efforts, securing high-end corporate and private events, and managing relationships with key clients and event agencies. This role involves line management of a heavily targeted sales team, working with the head of department to attract new business, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure the venue’s continued success as a premier events destination. The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury events, exceptional sales insight, and a proven track record in client retention and account management.
