Responsibilities
Drive strategic and commercial goals through partnership with our strategic accounts in the UK.
Utilise extended market and product knowledge and experience with high volume retailers.
Develop and implement strategic plans, master operational processes and achieve commercial fundamentals in line with the DM4 strategic plan for all accounts.
Create realistic and precise merchandising and financial plans per account through accurate bottom up and top down planning and forecasting.
Nurture profitability and sustainability in your territory, in line with key metrics and brand guidelines.
Drive assortment planning and segmentation within the defined distribution policy with your accounts to ensure market differentiation.
Lead all steps of the seasonal GTM process in your territory with cross functional team support.
Establish and maintain close relationships with high level stakeholders and key decision makers for your accounts, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
Maintain a pro-active account management style and a flexible approach to travel to service strategic partners throughout the season.
The Stuff That Sets You Apart
Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the shoe and fashion industry. Experience with premium Urban and/or Heritage brands. Experience selling and managing key retail partners such as ASOS, Zalando, Office, Schuh or similar.
Passion for fashion and understanding of the value of collaborations. High level of trend awareness.
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
High levels of self-motivation with strong decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, prioritising and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Professional and adaptable presentation skills.
