Location: BaldockSalary: £32,000.00Monday to Friday: 9.00 am - 6.00pmSummary: Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for a highly customer-focused Account Manager to look after and develop a portfolio of key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering excellent service and taking ownership of customer requirements from initial enquiry through to resolution. Working within the Sales and Customer Services team, you will act as the main day-to-day contact for customers, ensuring delivery requirements are handled efficiently, queries are resolved promptly and accounts are managed with a proactive, professional approach.
