This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact launch in a strategically important region.Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful launch of a new Haematology product across North Wales and North England.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in secondary care, including haematologists, specialist nurses, and hospital pharmacists.Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).Deliver compelling clinical and commercial value propositions to drive product uptake.Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.Monitor and report on market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years'' experience in secondary care pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Haematology or related therapeutic areas.Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing complex accounts.Strong understanding of the NHS landscape in North Wales and North England.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and ..... full job details .....
