Key Account Executive - Full Time, Fixed TermWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Executive to join our Business Development and Employability team. Responsibilities

Engage with employers across a range of sectors to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Generate new business, manage employer accounts, and support learners into meaningful placements.

Be a confident communicator and persuasive presenter, able to engage with employers across sectors to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Develop a strong understanding of apprenticeship and employability programmes and play a key role in generating new business, managing employer accounts, and supporting learners into meaningful placements.

A background in sales or marketing is a bonus; enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to build trust with employers are essential.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.

Salary: £26,527 per annum

Location: Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus
