Position SummaryThe Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the KAM team across all accounts in EMEA. Contributes to the smooth running of the sales function and further enhances the relationships with our key retail partners.
Responsibilities
Sales Analysis:
Weekly and monthly retailer sales tracking
Managing retailer product sales data monthly
New Product Set Up Forms:
Brand Order Forms/ Product Master Docs
Retailer Set Up Forms
Retailer Copy Documents
Retailer Individual Sku One-Sheet
Orders, stock and sampling management:
Manage stock queries internally
Track and deal with delivery and invoice queries
Retailer Weekly OOS Reports
Track all OOS and BIS dates
Submission and Set Up Forms
Reconcile Allocations
Market Meetings:
Review and build sales analysis for each retailer
Schedules
Gratis
Team Support:
Retailer Contact List Update
Support our education team on events planning
Capture our region’s exposures across social on a monthly basis
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry, with a strong focus on partnerships within the retail landscape.
Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies (in-store and online).
Exceptional communication skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Passion for the beauty industry, clean beauty, and alignment with Westman Atelier''s brand values.
Ability to travel as required
