The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining key account information, working on their own with minimal supervision and utilising initiative.Duties and responsibilitiesPreparing documentation, and producing reports for meetingsPrepare for and attend key account management meetings when requiredTake and screen calls, enquiries and requests, and handle appropriatelyDeal with incoming email and often correspond on behalf of management efficiently and professionallyKeep the clients up to date with all issues regarding their contract and follow up on any requestsRespond to clients needs promptly and be the first point of call ensuring customer service is paramountMaintenance of files, assisting with worksheets, schedules, and other service-related documentsGeneral administrative duties - including typing correspondence, dictation, record keeping etcKeeping the in-house system up to date and updating customer service portals to ensure we adhere to KPIs and SLAsProducing client invoice application...
