Reporting to the KCC Registered Service Manager, you''ll be instrumental in providing high-quality support and positive outcomes for young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people. This crucial role involves guiding them through their transition into adulthood and independent living, ensuring they receive the best advice and guidance in their homes. You''ll be responsible for auditing and monitoring care plans and working to Key Performance Objectives (KPOs).
