In this role, you will carry out effective assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders within custodial settings. Your primary focus will be to support participants in identifying and addressing their individual needs, with the aim of reducing their risk of reoffending. You ll manage a caseload and provide coordinated oversight of risk, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding both adults and children.
