Support our customers and internal teams with IT and workflow solutions.Work with a variety of software products, learning how to integrate them into client environments.Log and track activities and support tickets, adhering to service standards.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and maintain excellent customer service.Skills And Experience Required

Basic coding knowledge: exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar through coursework or personal projects.Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow guidance and work under supervision.General IT understanding: awareness of workflow software or willingness to learn, with enthusiasm for technology.Database awareness: familiarity with MySQL or MSSQL concepts (classroom or project experience).Benefits
