You''ll gain exposure to a wide range of planning projects and work alongside experienced planners and development professionals across the region.The RoleAs a Junior Town Planner, you will:Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.Support the planning team in progressing residential development projects.Undertake planning research and site assessments.Monitor local planning policies and emerging development plans.Liaise with local planning authorities, consultants and other stakeholders.Assist with the management of planning conditions and obligations.Provide planning support throughout the development process.Work closely with land, technical and development teams.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related subject.Ideally working towards MRTPI or keen to progress towards chartership.Experienced within a planning consultancy, local authority or housebuilder environment.Organised, proactive and commercially aware.Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.Keen to develop their career within the housebuilding and development ..... full job details .....
