The Role
- Support technical coordination across multiple sites
- Manage consultants, drawings, approvals, and programme deadlines
- Assist with site inspections, meetings, and technical queries
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
What They''re Looking For
- Degree in construction-related discipline
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to meet deadlines
- Understanding of construction methods and Building Regulations
- Desirable: Auto CAD/Revit, residential experience, NHBC knowledge
