Catnic manufactures and supplies a range of steel based products into the House Building and Construction Sector including their reputable Lintels range. The successful applicant will be early in their Engineering career with the goal to be a Technical Services Engineer. Coaching, mentoring and training will be provided via a structured CPD development programme.Role: Junior Technical Services Engineer Location: Pontypandy Industrial Estate, Caerphilly CF83 3GL Rate: £13.51-£14.03ph Contract length: 12 months with the view to transition into a permanent role after the development programme Hours: Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week Start: ASAP but pending the successful result of a medical assessment, which does include a drug and alcohol testResponsibilities: Supporting the delivery of technical advice, drawing interpretation and product guidance to customers and internal stakeholdersReading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and construction detailsAssisting with technical calculations and product/application queriesSupporting the preparation and amendment of ..... full job details .....
