We are recruiting for a Junior Technical Business Analyst to join a well-established business based in Kings Hill. This role is not about producing endless documentation or following rigid processes. It is about understanding how the business works, asking the right questions, and helping teams move forward when requirements are unclear, priorities change, or problems need solving. You might currently be working as a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Project Support Analyst, or in another role where you regularly investigate issues, work with stakeholders, and help deliver change. What matters most is not your job title. We are looking for somebody who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, communicates well with different types of people, and is prepared to challenge assumptions when needed. The Role You will act as the link between users, operational teams, and developers.
