As a Junior Talent Planner within our GTO Talent Planning team in Waterton, Bridgend, you''ll help connect our partners with opportunities where they can make an impact. Working alongside experienced Talent Planners, you''ll take ownership of key resourcing activities, use data to support informed decisions and contribute ideas that improve how we work.
