Junior Systems Design Engineer

We are currently supporting a specialist client focused on electric vehicle powertrain and ancillary technology development who are looking for a graduate engineer to join the team as a Junior Systems Design Engineer. This role will play a key part in supporting all aspects of electric vehicle electronic system design and integration from initial requirements identification through to final calibration and validation. This is a permanent role based in Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities of the Junior Systems Design Engineer:Support vehicle level system architecture and high, low voltage and communication systems designAssist in vehicle electrical systems integration designContribute to safety analysis and design processesWork with senior engineers supporting test rig design and implementationSupport application test, calibration and validation Required Skills and Experience for the Junior Systems Design Engineer:Understanding of various systems and components in modern EV powertrains.Previous exposure to vehicle systems architecture designIdeally knowledgeable of systems design and analysis including CAN and LIN along with associated tools such as PEAK, Vector CANalyzer/CANoeUnderstanding of ..... full job details .....
