Junior Studio and Production Coordinator

You''ll work closely with both the Studio and Account Management teams, supporting the day-to-day coordination of projects for a large, well-known retail account. You''ll be involved in daily studio briefing meetings, helping to keep projects organised, supporting design and artwork processes, and making sure information and materials are ready when needed. The Role Working closely with the Studio and Account manager teams, your responsibilities will include: Supporting daily studio briefing meetings and helping the team keep track of live projects, priorities and deadlines. Communicating with the Studio and Account teams to make sure information is clear and projects are progressing smoothly. Helping to organise project information and supporting the day-to-day running of the studio. Assisting with the preparation, creation and management of artwork files for proofing and review.
