Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Junior Sous Chef to join The Connaught culinary team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel - The Connaught.To arrive at The Connaught is to belong. Here, heritage and heart unite, discretion is our promise, and the pleasure to please is a way of life.Responsibilities:As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef and hold a key role in the day-to-day operation to execute the menu. You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products, thoughtfully created by Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
