Job Description We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team and support the delivery of exceptional culinary standards. The Role: As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist in the daily operation of the kitchen. You will help lead the brigade, maintain food quality and presentation standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations. Assist with food preparation and service across all hotel food outlets. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff during service.
